Summary
Designed a platform to replace Prudential's fully manual annuity rate-change process consisting of twenty spreadsheets, email approvals, and a legacy CSV script with something auditable, governed, and built around how rate producers actually work.
Outcomes
Usability testing showed rate producers completing the adjustment-to-submission workflow noticeably faster with fewer errors than the old spreadsheet-and-email process.
Summary
Redesigned Openbank’s credit card payment experience to be more intuitive, familiar, and user-friendly making it easier for customers to manage their credit cards with clarity and confidence.
Outcomes
Testing showed the front-loaded flow outperformed alternatives on completion time and user preference. Launch (planned Sept 2026) has been paused following Openbank's merger with Webster Bank.

Summary
A simple & innovative app for founders & investors. I led the end-to-end designs for a digitized fundraising platform to help founders & investors navigate the complex fundraising process & reduce the amount of time required to find quality investment opportunities
Outcomes
Testing validated core assumptions and drew strong positive feedback from both participants and Citi stakeholders. Positioned to grow the banks relationship within the start up founder ecosystem, the product was ultimately shelved as Citi shifted its strategy away from startup-focused banking.
